Maciu Koroi is a loose forward from Suva, Fiji. In 2022, Koroi played 498 minutes across 13 matches for the Gold. As a boy, Maciu began his rugby career at age 8 while in attendance at the Queen Victoria School in Fiji. He then moved to Sacramento, CA, and attended Sacramento City College. Afterwards, he enrolled at Life University and was a two-time national champion in 2016 and 2018. In terms of international duty, Koroi played with the USA Men’s Under-20s XVs National Team as well as the Collegiate All-America 1st team in 2018.
