ADA Accessibility
The venue is fully ADA accessible. For the convenience of guests with disabilities and suite patrons, the stadium has an elevator located adjacent to Gate 3 near the Team Store. Elevator access is available upon gate opening for the event.
ADA seating is available on the Main Concourse Level on a first come, first serve basis at the top of each Section.
Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and can be found at Guest Services located across from Section 119 near the elevator. Patrons will need to have a valid form of identification in order to checkout a wheelchair and must return it to Guest Services in order to receive a form of identification back.

Alcohol Policy
The Shrine on Airline and its concessionaire promote responsible sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages. All guests purchasing alcohol must present a valid ID. No alcohol will be sold to intoxicated guests. No outside alcohol purchases will be allowed into the Stadium.
Guests passing alcohol to minors will be ejected and are subject to arrest. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to any guest(s).
Remember, should you choose to drink, please do so responsibly and be considerate of other fans.
Box Office Operations
The Main Box Office is located near Gate 3 on the South side of the Stadium.
The Main Box Office typically opens 2 hours prior to kickoff and will remain open until the 60th-minute mark of the 2nd half.
Camera Policy
Video cameras, tripods, lenses longer than 6”, audio or video recorders of any kind are not permitted in the Stadium unless approved in advance by building management or NOLA Gold Rugby.

On Gamedays, if a patron wishes to report negative behavior or file a different complaint, they can do so at Guest Services located across from Section 119 near the elevator. Patrons are encouraged to find the staff representative to report negative behavior or file a different complaint.

Concessions
Payment is by credit card only. Cash will not be accepted in order to eliminate the handling of money due to Covid-19.
Sodexo Live provides the food and alcohol services on gameday at the Stadium. They have teamed up with local and national brands to bring a variety of choices to patrons. Concessions are conveniently located throughout the stadium on the Main Concourse Level.

COVID-19 Requirements
Our staff works diligently with stadium management, our concessionaire and all other vendors to ensure a safe and secure environment for all participants and guests. For your convenience, the stadium is equipped with hand sanitizing stations throughout all public areas.
Currently, there is not a mask mandate policy for NOLA Gold home games. NOLA Gold Rugby will enforce mask mandates and protocols should Jefferson Parish require it necessary for outdoor gatherings.
Directions
Main Entrance: Patrons are encouraged to enter the Stadium via Tom Benson Way from Airline Highway.
From Downtown New Orleans: Take I-10 West to Clearview Parkway South exit, turn right at Airline Drive (Hwy 61) and head west (right); the stadium is on the left in three miles. OR Take Tulane Avenue and it turns into Airline Drive (Hwy 61) just after you pass under I-10. Continue on Airline Drive for about eight miles and just after the Transcontinental Drive intersection, you’ll see the stadium on the left. Take a left on Tom Benson Way.
From Kenner and West of Kenner: Take I-10 East to Clearview Parkway South exit, turn right at Airline Drive and head west (right); the stadium is on the left in three miles. OR Take Airline Drive (Hwy 61) East and just after the David Drive intersection, you’ll see the stadium on the right. Take a right on Tom Benson Way.
Elevators
For the convenience of guests with disabilities and suite patrons, the stadium has an elevator located adjacent to Gate 3 near the Team Store. Elevator access is available upon gate opening for the event.
The stadium also has one (1) service elevator that provides freight access ONLY for staff and vendors for all NOLA Gold home games.

Emergency Preparedness
NOLA Gold works in conjunction with stadium management and local first responders to ensure the safety of all guests. The stadium is up-to-date regarding all appropriate life safety elements in accordance with appropriate regulations. All Emergency exits are marked and should be used in any appropriate evacuation scenario.
Emergency Exits are located by both pedestrian ramps and Stairwells 1 and 3, which are located on the West and South Side of the Stadium respectively.
The appropriate emergency response teams will provide assistance as appropriate.
Fan Code of Conduct
Major League Rugby and NOLA Gold Rugby are committed to promoting an enjoyable game day experience for all fans. We ask that you refrain from any behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature, intoxication, using any foul or abusive language, throwing objects, using any verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans, or failing to follow instruction of stadium personnel, including following Covid-19 guidelines. Fans engaging in such behavior and/or unauthorized access to the field are subject to ejection and arrest. Please report any violations of these rules to the nearest usher, security, or guest services staff member.

Fan Health Promise
Stay-at-Home: Holder agrees that neither Holder, nor anyone in Holder’s party, will attend any Event if any one or more of the following is true on the day of such Event:
– Within the prior 14 days, Holder has (or any person in Holder’s party or with whom Holder has close contact has) tested positive for, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19;
– Within the prior 48 hours, Holder has (or any person in Holder’s party or with whom Holder has close contact has) experienced symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g. a fever of 100.4°F or higher, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking, muscle pain/achiness, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, nasal congestion, runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue or any other symptoms associated with COVID-19 identified by the CDC);
– Within the prior 14 days, Holder has (or any person in Holder’s party or with whom Holder has close contact has) travelled to any state or international territory identified by federal or applicable local governments as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19.
– Ticket Pod Integrity: To help maintain social distancing guidelines, Holder agrees that Holder will not sell, transfer or otherwise provide any of Holder’s Event tickets to anyone other than family with whom Holder has been sheltering (or other trusted acquaintances , unless Holder is selling, transferring or otherwise providing all such tickets (i.e., Holder’s full pod of tickets) to one party.
First Aid Locations
First Aid can be found behind Section 118 on the Main Concourse Level.
Gate Opening
Gates 1-4 will open (1) hour prior to Kickoff. Gates 1-4 will close at the 60th-minute mark in the 2nd half of the game.
Guest Services
Guest Services is located across from Section 119 near the elevator. Our Guest Services team provides a one-stop shop location that provides solutions for customer service challenges or questions, ADA ticket issues, wheelchair requests, etc.
Inclement Weather
In the case of inclement weather, updates will be provided whenever possible regarding event delays or cancellations. If inclement weather occurs during an event, it is subject to delay.
Please note that the decision to postpone an event due to weather is typically made close to the event’s scheduled start time. NOLA Gold Rugby pays close attention to the weather leading up to event time and makes every effort to keep the field ready for play. Unless the weather prior to game time is particularly severe or the forecast reveals that inclement weather is inevitable, team officials will plan to play the game as scheduled unless otherwise noted.
If an event delay is required due to inclement weather, the grounds crew will cover the field if it is necessary to keep the playing surface suitable for play. The game will then enter a rain delay. During this time, NOLA Gold Rugby will pay close attention to the weather and forecast to further determine the best course of action.
NOLA Gold Rugby will do its best to stay open in order to play the game. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause for our patrons.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located in Guest Services, which is located across from Section 119 near the elevator. If patrons are missing an item, they are encouraged to go to Guest Services or find the nearest NOLA Gold Rugby representative to report a lost item.

Medical
Acadian Ambulance is available for all patrons should they need assistance. The First Aid Station is located behind Section 118 on the Main Concourse Level.
Merchandise
Merchandise will be available for purchase in the Team Store between Gate 2 and Gate 3. Patrons wanting to purchase merchandise on non-gameday can do so at our Online Store.
NOLA Gold Rugby Foundation
Our Foundation works to bring the sport of rugby to all children in our community and to help at-risk youths achieve success through training in sports business. Our Major League coaches and players have developed a youth rugby league that will be brought to recreation parks and schools. NOLA Gold Youth rugby is an exciting opportunity where kids, ages 5-12, can be mentored and coached. This is a great chance to learn all things tackle or flag in the thrilling game of rugby! Our youth are our future. Together as a team we can achieve more on the pitch and in life. Be a part of changing the community.

Parking and Transportation
NOLA Gold Rugby parking lots are open (3) hours prior to kickoff. Designated ADA parking is available on a first come, first serve basis.
JeT (Jefferson Transit) provides bus services via Airline Highway. Drop offs and pick-ups are subject to be changed based on traffic patterns and activities.
Payment Options
Concessions and the Merchandise Team Store accept many forms of payment including American Express, MasterCard, or Visa but does not take check or cash as a form of payment.
Pool
The pool and its surrounding area is currently closed.
Policies
To ensure that all NOLA Gold Rugby events are safe and enjoyable for all fans in attendance, the following rules and guidelines are displayed and enforced.
Proper behavior is expected from all of our guests. Foul/abusive language will not be tolerated and will be cause for ejection and/or arrest. Violators may also have their tickets revoked. Please notify the nearest guest services or safety/security representative immediately if actions of this type occur near you.
Entering the field at any time without authorization is a violation of stadium rules. Offenders will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
Throwing objects is a violation of stadium rules. Violators will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
Smoking is prohibited in all areas at The Shrine on Airline. This includes e-cigarettes and all similar mechanisms.
Keep aisles clear at all times; emergency situations require that stairways be kept clear. Guests sitting or standing in stadium aisles may jeopardize the safety of others.
Ticket holders are assigned one seat per ticket. Please do not sit in other seating locations without the proper tickets. Violators will be subject to ejection.
The distribution of promotional items, flyers, pamphlets, or printed materials is not permitted on property at The Shrine on Airline without prior written authorization from stadium management and NOLA Gold Rugby.
Flags are allowed, but may not block patrons’ views of the field.
All patrons are subject to search upon entry into the stadium. Patrons refusing to adhere to stadium search policies and procedures will be denied entry.
Drunk and disorderly behavior as well as violation of any alcohol policy will not be tolerated. Violators will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
Drones and any other flying objects are strictly prohibited. Violators will be ejected and are subject to arrest and prosecution.
All fans must comply with requests from the stadium management regarding stadium policies and emergency response procedures. Be safe. Have fun!

If any prohibited items are revealed during a search, the patron(s) will be permitted to return to their vehicle with the item(s) or they can dispose of the item(s). NOLA Gold staff will not store any personal belongings or items of any type.
Re-Entry
Re-entry is not permitted once guests have entered the stadium.
Restrooms
Restrooms, as well as baby changing stations, are available throughout the concourse and on the suite level.
Screening Procedures
To help ensure a safe and secure environment, all guests entering The Shrine on Airline on gameday are subject to search. This includes the inspection of all bags and the use of metal detecting devices. The staff at all stadium entrances work diligently to expedite these processes while maintaining the safety and security of all guests and participants. Any person that denies the appropriate search will be denied entry.
Seating Map
Service Animals
Animals are prohibited with the exception of service animals assisting ADA patrons.
Strollers
Umbrella style strollers are allowed provided they remain out of all aisles and walkways and do not impede any patrons access to their seating location or seat. Large strollers are prohibited.
Tailgating
– All tailgating type activities (structures/tables and/or cooking elements) must remain out of any driving lanes and any parking spots to ensure all NOLA Gold fans have the opportunity to park near the stadium when capacity allows.
– If you erect any cooking equipment and/or tent, you must have a fully operational fire extinguisher in the immediate vicinity.
– On site trash receptacles are not equipped and should not be used for items such as charcoals or other heat sources and/or cooking equipment.
– Glass bottles are not permitted in stadium lots.
– All facility health and safety policies noted in the NOLA Gold A to Z Guide for the stadium also apply to tailgating (including wearing face coverings is strongly encouraged when not actively eating/drinking).

Stolen/Lost Tickets
On gameday, lost or stolen tickets can be redeemed at the Main Box Office, which is located next to Gate 3 on the South Side of the Stadium and will open (2) hours prior to kickoff. Proper form of identification is required. The Main Box Office will close at the 60th-minute mark of the 2nd half.

Suites

Ticket Relocation
Patrons requesting a ticket relocation on gameday due to an unexpected situation or does not wish to be near a specific patron/service animal will need to go to Guest Services, which is located across from Section 119 near the elevator, to exchange ticket(s) out.

Ticket Scalping
Louisiana state law prohibits the resale of event tickets at higher than face value. This includes the sale of tickets on property at The Shrine on Airline by anyone other than the NOLA Gold Rugby. These rules will be enforced for the protection of fans from the sale of stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal tickets.
Weapons
All weapons and firearms are prohibited from entry into The Shrine on Airline. The only exception is active local law enforcement officials staffed for the event, in uniform and in a working capacity. Access determined by stadium staff, stadium management and local law enforcement leaders.
Will Call
Will Call is located at the Main Box Office, which is located next to Gate 3 on the South Side of the Stadium and will open (2) hours prior to kickoff. The Main Box Office will stay open until the 60th-minute mark of the 2nd half.
