The NOLA Gold Rugby Foundation invites athletes ages 14-17 to participate in the Sports Fitness & Rugby Summer Boot Camp from June 17- July 31.
Join the staff and players from the NOLA Gold professional rugby team and challenge yourself in a fun new way, while improving your skills!
This is an intense program specifically designed for athletes (14-17 years old) committed to improve personal conditioning. It combines strength training and muscle conditioning with cardiovascular workouts including: weight training, yoga, agility drills and CrossFit training. You will play low-contact rugby and speed basketball to improve ball handling and team fundamentals.

11:00am Weight Training Session: 1 and ½ Hours: @Westbank Athletic Club

1:00pm Film, Trainers, Cryotherapy, Education Session: 1 ½ Hours: @Headquarters
2:30pm Agility and Fitness Session: 45 minutes: @Gretna Park
