Tristan Blewett was awarded Major League Rugby ‘First XV’ honors for his performance in Week 11.
Blewett finished the game with 11 carries for 126 meters, with one line break and added five tackles on defense.
In the 13th minute, Blewett intercepted an errant pass by the Arrows and took it all the way in for a score that put the Gold ahead 19-7.

Blewett currently leads the Gold and is in second place in the MLR with seven tries.
He is also second on the team with 722 meters carried this season, second in line breaks (7), third in tackle breaks (8) and second in assisted tackles (7).
This is the fourth time Blewett has made the MLR’s ‘First XV’ roster.
The Gold face the Utah Warriors this Saturday, April 13 at Gold Stadium at 2:00 p.m.
